Initially we only did custom mouldings, but have expanded the business to include a range of wheels, pallet rollers and other products (please view under "Products").

The cast iron centres for the wheels are machined in-house from foundry blanks and then cast with a polyurethane tyre.

Non-standard wheels and rollers can be fabricated to customer specifications.

We also offer a service to bond/rebond wheels, rollers etc.

Production methods:

  • Open Casting: lends itself to short and long runs at lower mould costs than rubber and plastic. It is suitable for small and bulky products
  • Injection Moulding: suitable for large quantities and faster production. Plastic materials include; TPU, PE, PP, Nylon, ABS, EVA, Acetal and special plastic.

    • Our standard Shore Durometer ranges from 80A to 95A and special grades from 45A to 75D.
